The Annual Function and talent award program at Chaitanya Science and College, Pamgarh was held on 29.01.2019, in which Chhollywood actor, Padmashree Anuj Sharma joined as a youth motivator. After worshiping Maa Saraswati and welcome address, Dr. Garima Tiwari Astt Prof Forestry and wild life Guru Ghasidas Central university, Bilaspur shared the development journey of the college and said that today there is a need of inspiration for the youth so that youth can get inspiration and take steps in the right direction. Education is not just confined to imparting academic knowledge to the students. However, it is more about holistic development. The modern-day parents want their children to develop into winning personalities with a global perspective. They want their child to be a ‘jack of all trades’. So, they have lots of expectations from a College in his/her regard. 
Mr.Anuj Sharma told the students that art, knowledge, and skill are the most wonderful tools by which one can establish himself then he mesmerized the audience by singing and acting. The students were stunned to see the cultural program. He also visited all the departments and campus of the college, especially appreciated the e-class and advanced auditorium of the college. He promised that he will continue to come to Pamgarh again and again. Chief Guest awarded the academic staffs for their excellent performance in academic and non-academic categories. Dr. Narendranath Guria has been awarded as the Best academic staff and the best non-teaching staff award has been given to Ms. Yamini Lahare. Abhishek Pandey has been awarded as the all-rounder in the college. Dhaval Shreyas Tiwari has been awarded as best house mentor. Winners’ house was awarded as the best house. Padmashree awardee Anuj Sharma also urged everyone to expand Chhattisgarhi language and folk art and Motivation is very necessary in today’s life. People have become very selfish and further thinking they do not live today’s life but worried about future. So in every action they want to get result even in to live the life they want the benefit if they do not find any benefit in living life they can commit suicide that’s the reason why the motivator in demand.. Mr. Veerendra Tiwari the director of the college, while thanking Mr. Anuj Sharma said that success comes to those who perform their responsibility with hard work and dedication. What holds us back from our goals is fear. It is common among us. When too much fear gets in the way we end up doing nothing. Fear stems from the lack of confidence and irrational thinking. You have to understand that fear of what might come out down the track does not increase your chances at succeeding. Sometimes we are afraid to take risks because we think the odds are against us. We become so consumed by fear to the degree that we become irrational. To break out of your comfort zone is to have courage. Courage, you must remember, is not the absence of fear but acting despite your fears. The college is determined to expand the folk art and culture. Abhishek Pandey conducted the program as a moderator. The locals of the area including college staff and students were present in the program.
