About The Event

From March 16 to March 18, 2024, the National Service Scheme Unit of Chaitanya Science and Arts College, Pamgarh, under the guidance of the Youth Program and Sports Ministry and the National Service Scheme Regional Directorate, Bhopal, organized a Swachhata Action Plan (SAP) workshop. The inauguration ceremony on the first day was graced by Dr. C.P. Nand (Professor, Department of Geography, Govt. J.J. Navin Girls' College, Janjgir), and Dr. Garima Tiwari (Assistant Professor, Department of Botany, Guru Ghasidas Central University, Bilaspur). Other dignitaries present included Dr. V.K. Gupta (Principal, Chaitanya Science and Arts College, Pamgarh), Mr. Veerendra Tiwari (Chairman, Chaitanya Science and Arts College, Pamgarh), Mr. Ashok Singh Yadav, Dr. Narendra Nath Guriya, and Mrs. Chanchal Yadav. The inauguration was followed by briefings and training sessions on cleanliness, screening of informative videos, discussions on the benefits of cleanliness, and distribution of T-shirts to participants. The workshop was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Rishabhdev Pandey (Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, Chaitanya Science and Arts College). The event saw participation from college staff, members of the National Service Scheme Unit, and other students, all contributing to the success of the initiative.
