About The Event

An induction program was organized at Chaitanya Science and Arts College, Pamgarh. In which Dr. Veenapani Dubey, Head of the Department of Botany was present as the chief speaker. The director of the college, Virendra Tiwari, and the principals of the institution, Dr. VK Gupta and Dr. Veenapani Dubey, first offered prayers to Maa Saraswati. Dr. Narendranath Guria outlined the outline of the programme.
    Explaining the definition and importance of induction program, Dr. Veenapani Dubey said that induction program or induction program is a process of welcoming, introducing and socializing new entrants in the group of students. It is also called Orientation Programme. This is done to make the new employees feel welcome at the new workplace and with their senior employees.
    While getting the introduction of the students of the first year of the college, he apprised the students about the specialties of all the assistant professors of the college and also told the students to keep taking guidance from the teachers.     Students can get guidelines and guidance not only from the teachers of their own department but also from the experienced teachers of other departments. Congratulating the event, Principal Dr. VK Gupta said that through the induction program, previous knowledge can be linked with new knowledge, that is, all students will get the benefit of the knowledge gained from experienced teachers. With the knowledge of the characteristics of teachers, respect and harmony towards teachers increases.
