About The Event

On 10th October 2025, a Cleanliness Drive was organized by the NSS Unit, NCC, and the Department of Sports of Chaitanya Science and Arts College, Pamgarh. The initiative was conducted within the college campus to promote awareness about hygiene, sanitation, and environmental sustainability among students.

The program began with a brief address emphasizing the importance of cleanliness and the role of youth in creating a clean and healthy society. The activity was conducted under the guidance of faculty coordinators, aiming to foster a sense of civic responsibility and community service.

As part of the drive, students, NSS volunteers, NCC cadets, and sportspersons actively participated in ‘Shramdaan’ (voluntary cleaning) by tidying classrooms, corridors, playgrounds, and surrounding areas of the campus. This collective effort not only improved the aesthetic appeal of the college premises but also instilled teamwork, discipline, and social responsibility among participants.

Faculty members appreciated the enthusiastic participation of students and encouraged them to carry forward such initiatives beyond the campus boundaries. Photographs and video recordings of the event have been documented for institutional records and awareness dissemination.
